We request all our clients to please take note of the following Terms and Conditions:

 

  • Please note that cancellations and amendments must be made 2 hours prior to the pick up time (local SA bookings) & 24 Hours prior (International bookings).  Failing to do so will result in a 100% no show fee.
  • Should you make payment via EFT, please ensure that you deposit your funds at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time to avoid automatic cancellation (unless a payment arrangement has been made). Our bank details are contained on the confirmation email you will receive.
  • Please note that local collections to the airport should be booked a minimum of 2 hours prior to domestic departures and 4 hours prior to international departures. EZ Shuttle cannot accept responsibility for any transfers not booked in accordance with the above ACSA recommendations. Please contact our call centre for advice on long distance airport transfers.
  • All long distance transfers and large vehicle transfer (23 passenger and up) must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the transfer taking place to avoid a full no show fee.
  • ALL TRAIN TRANSFERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM 6 HOURS CANCELLATION PRIOR TO PICK UP TIME, TO AVOID 100% CANCELLATION FEE.
