Standard Terms and Conditions for International Operations

 

  • Please be advised that this booking has been made with Get-E International, based in the Netherlands, on your behalf by EZ Shuttle. EZ Shuttle acts solely as the booking agent and is not the ground operator outside of South Africa. 
  • While their screening and service protocols are rigorous, we unfortunately have limited control over the execution of services on the ground. Various cultural, geographical, and social factors in each country/region may influence service delivery; however, service levels are closely monitored by the aggregator and all their suppliers. 
  • You will receive an SMS one hour prior to your scheduled collection, which will include your driver's contact details, allowing for direct communication with your driver. 
  • Furthermore, you will be provided with the support center number, and we encourage you to reach out to them should you encounter any issues. 
  • It is crucial to activate your mobile roaming to ensure direct contact with your assigned driver and/or the operational support team abroad. Without this, the local operator will be unable to reach you. 
  • If the driver and our international service provider are unable to contact you, they will release the driver, and no-show charges will apply. 
  • The standard waiting time at airports is one hour, and additional charges will automatically be incurred should the driver be required to wait further. 
  • Due to known customs delays, we recommend scheduling your collection time for one hour after your landing time to ensure service delivery and avoid additional charges. 
  • Additional charges may also apply if there are changes to your route. 
  • All amendments and cancellations for international bookings must be made 24 hours prior to the collection to avoid incurring full no-show fees. 
  • Our international partner reserves the right to reject a booking 12 hours prior to collection due to supplier availability or operational issues, and charges will be refunded. 
  • Waiting time for all non-airport collections is limited to a 15-minute period.

Please be aware that each country's and airport's policies differ regarding meeting your driver. Each airport has its own rules concerning paging and parking; therefore, your driver may not always meet you in the arrival hall. Please utilize the contact number provided in your confirmation to reach out to our international team for assistance, or contact your driver directly to arrange a meeting point.


Please ensure that the mobile number provided for your booking is accurate and actively roaming while traveling, as this will be used by our international partners to communicate directly with you via SMS and phone.
