- Please note that this booking has been booked with Get-E International based in the Netherlands on your behalf by EZ Shuttle. EZ Shuttle is merely the booking agent and not the ground operator outside of South Africa.
- To minimize queries, please ensure that the mobile phone provided during the booking is turned on the moment you land at your foreign destination. Without this, there is no way the local operator can contact you which is vital when travelling abroad
- A 100% cancellation fee will apply for any bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of your pickup time.
- Service levels are closely monitored by Get-E and all suppliers have been vetted by them. Service levels may vary slightly from one geography to the next based on local vehicle types, culture and road conditions, however every effort and precaution has been taken to ensure that only vetted providers are used at all times.
