Transfer quotes for group (coach) bookings remain subject to availability, and all quotations should be accepted a minimum 2 weeks prior to the date of the group/coach transfer to avoid loss of availability.
All group and coach bookings 0-300kms must be cancelled 48 hours prior to avoid a full cancellation fee, and group and coach bookings over 300kms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to avoid a full cancellation fee.
All tour bookings must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to avoid a full cancellation fee.
All rates quoted are based on information provided to EZ at the time of quoting and are subject to change should there be any additional requests, or changes to requests, such as stop overs, driver meals and accommodation, entrance fees, route changes and extended times such as waiting times.
Group, coach and tour bookings for non-account clients are subject to 100% pre-payment a minimum of 48hrs prior to transfers under 300kms, 72hrs prior to transfers over 300kms, and 7 days prior to tours.
